Quebec Immigrant Nominee Program (QINP)
Quebec is a major province in Canada that every year invites huge number of people to apply for permanent residency through its Quebec Skilled Worker Program (QSWP).

The applicants selected in Quebec Skilled Worker Program become eligible to apply to Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for Canadian Permanent Residency (PR).
Quebec has released its Immigration Plan for 2018, with strategies in place to continue welcoming a wide range of skilled workers, business people, family members of Quebec residents, and refugees.
The Province also intends to formulate a new immigration system based what it calls a ‘declaration of interest’ model, much like the federal government’s Express Entry system.
The Quebec Skilled Worker Program is a points-based initiative, operated separately from the government of Canada’s own programs for skilled workers. Successful applicants may bring accompanying family members to Quebec, and a job offer is not required.
One of the stated goals contained in Quebec’s Immigration Plan for 2018 is for at least 85 percent of adult skilled worker newcomers to know French upon admission to the province
Government of Quebec has also announced that the Regular Skilled Worker Program would receive unto 5,000 new applications during an intake period likely to take place before March 31, 2018
